Depression a Cold Hearted Bitch

In this episode, I get very candid about my own struggle with depression. Depression is a disease that millions of people deal with every day yet we still have a lot of shame and stigma behind it. This is something I have dealt with my whole entire life. In this episode, I wanted to share my own experience so other people know they are not alone in this struggle. I also share my own techniques for working with depression and anxiety.

You can find a list of the herbs I talk about on my website on the show notes.
